Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. We will refund the full cost of the product, excluding shipping charges, provided the return meets the eligibility conditions.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Only unused, uninstalled items in original packaging, with all tags and accessories (including gifts with purchase), are eligible.
- A refund or exchange request must be submitted within 30 working days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be purchased directly from www.hi-think.in or our official mobile app.
- Only one-time exchange or return is permitted per order.
- All returns will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject the return if the product:
- Has been installed or used.
- Is not in its original condition or missing parts.
- Is damaged due to mishandling.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Price Match
- Used, installed, damaged, or refurbished items.
- Orders with applied discounts, bundle offers, or coupons.
- Items with minimum purchase requirements.
- Design consultation or installation fees.
- Price errors or offline/in-store pricing differences.
Refund Process
- Once your returned product passes inspection, we will process the refund.
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 working days after approval for the refund to reflect.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order by contacting us within 7 working days prior to your shipping or installation date.
Note: Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait for the product to arrive and then initiate a return or exchange request.
